TOBIAS DEL PIERO
Tobias Del Piero was the first player from Juventus Academy Los Angeles to earn opportunities with European professional youth academies and an adult club in Italy. Born in 2007, Tobias played for Juventus Academy Los Angeles during the 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022 seasons. In 2022/2023, he joined the youth academy of Getafe CF in Spain. The following year, he transferred to AD Alcorcón, and in 2024/2025, he moved to Italy to play for Empoli U18. For the 2025/2026 season, he is set to play for Sanremese in Serie D.

DAGMAWI "DAGI" ADDIS
Dagmawi joined Juventus Academy Los Angeles in the Spring of 2023 and competed with the club for two and a half seasons, from Spring 2023 through Summer 2025. Born in 2013, he was a standout player for the B2013 Black team, playing a key role in multiple achievements, including winning the 2025 Cal South National Cup. He was selected for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) in both 2024 and 2025. Throughout his time at JALA, Dagmawi demonstrated remarkable development, regularly guest playing with the 2012 team and even with the 2011s. Most recently, he was signed by the LA Galaxy and will join their new 2013 squad for the 2025/2026 season.


CHIBUIKEM "CHUCHU" AGHA
Chibuikem, also known as Chuchu, joined Juventus Academy LA in 2021 and played for the club for four seasons, from 2020/2021 to 2023/2024. Born in 2011, he played a pivotal role in the success of the Juventus Academy LA B2011 Black team, helping them secure back-to-back State Cups in 2023 and 2024. He also contributed to the team’s treble-winning season in 2023/2024, where they captured the League, League Cup, and State Cup. Although his main focus was the B2011 team, Chuchu frequently played with the 2010 and 2009 age groups and served as captain for several years. In the spring of 2024, he was signed by the Los Angeles Galaxy, where he is currently playing.



ANTHONY MERIDA
Anthony Merida joined Juventus Academy LA in 2022 and played for the club for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 seasons. Born in 2011, he played a pivotal role in the success of the Juventus Academy LA B2011 Black team, helping them secure back-to-back State Cups in 2023 and 2024. He also contributed to the team’s treble-winning season in 2023/2024, where they captured the League, League Cup, and State Cup. Anthony has served as captain for the last two seasons. He was also very successful internationally. In June of 2024 he led his team to the Championship at the prestigious Juventus World Cup tournament, winning the final against the Juventus Academy Santiago del Chile at the Juventus FC Stadium on June 14, 2024. During the last season, he was also called up to the Mexican National Team. In the summer of 2024, he was signed by Los Angeles FC (LAFC), where he is currently playing.





SOMTOCHUKWU “SOMTO” UDUJI
Somtochukwu, commonly known as Somto, joined Juventus Academy LA in 2021 and competed with the club for four seasons, from 2020/2021 to 2023/2024. Born in 2011, he was a key player for the Juventus Academy LA B2011 Black team, contributing to multiple titles, including consecutive State Cup victories in 2023 and 2024. During the 2023/2024 season, he also helped the B2011 team achieve a treble, winning the League, League Cup, and State Cup. Though his main focus was on the B2011 team, Somto often guest played with the 2010 and even 2009 age groups. In 2024, he was named to the National ODP roster. Somto was signed by the Los Angeles Galaxy in the spring of 2024, where he currently plays.




DOROTEA DEL PIERO
Dorotea Del Piero played for the Juventus Academy Los Angeles Girls 2009 Black team in the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 seasons. Previously, she played for one season with the B2009 White team.
Dorotea recently signed with the Juventus FC U/17 Women's Team. Congratulations Dorotea, we are proud of you!
